Terms and Conditions – Kaya Thai Massage

  1. General Information
The massages provided in our salon are of a relaxing, regenerative, and preventive nature. They are not healthcare services as defined by Act No. 372/2011 Coll., on Health Services. All services are performed by certified Thai/Filipino massage therapists with professional qualifications.
  2. Reservations and Commitment
By submitting a booking through our reservation system, by phone, or in person, the customer confirms they have read and agree to these terms and conditions. Entry into the salon constitutes acceptance of these terms.
All reservations are binding. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the service price.
  3. Health Conditions and Contraindications
Customers are required to inform the receptionist or therapist of any medical condition, diagnosis, or suspected health problem that could affect the course of the massage. Massages are not a substitute for medical care. In case of doubt, we recommend consulting a doctor beforehand.
Massages are not suitable in the following cases:

  • Diabetes – massage is possible with caution, especially on peripheral parts of the body
  • Osteoporosis – requires gentle approach, no stretching techniques
  • Asthma – consultation is recommended; please bring necessary medication

All massages are performed at the customer’s own risk. The staff is not liable for any health complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions. Massage outcomes and effects are individual and cannot be guaranteed.

  1. Complaints
Any complaints must be made during the massage or immediately after, while still on the premises. Later complaints will not be considered.
  2. Gift Vouchers
A gift voucher is single-use and becomes invalid once the full value or number of services has been used.
Customers may choose another service of equal or lesser value – no refunds will be issued for the difference.
A more expensive service may be chosen by paying the price difference at the salon.
The voucher code must be provided when booking. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The voucher’s value decreases as services are used; any remaining balance can be used in future bookings.
In case of loss or damage to the voucher, please contact us immediately – replacement is not guaranteed.
  3. Late Arrival
If a customer arrives up to 15 minutes late and notifies us in advance, the massage will be shortened to end at the originally scheduled time.
If the customer is more than 15 minutes late without notice, the service will be considered provided and must be paid in full.
